Before I was a love coach,
I was a woman who’d convinced herself she had to earn love.
Not through neediness — but through endurance. Through being low-maintenance. Through swallowing it, softening it, justifying it.
What I didn’t know yet was this:
The deeper truth in me was never too much.
She was just too fluent in self-protection.
My real love story didn’t start in romance. It started in rupture.
I learned love through watching what wasn’t there.
My mother moved through the world with grief tucked under her tongue.
My father — when he showed up — came in flashes of promise that didn’t last.
So I made a quiet vow: be the good girl. Be easy to love. Don’t take up space.
I didn’t realise how much of my womanhood would be shaped by that unspoken contract.
How many years I’d spend in relationships where I had to over-function just to feel chosen.
But the moment that shifted?
The moment I stopped blaming my body for trying to survive —
And started listening to the truths she’d never been allowed to say.
What changed
Twenty years ago, I met a man who truly saw me.
And even then — with love in front of me — it took time for my system to feel safe receiving it.
So I studied the mechanics of real love.
I trained with Katherine Woodward Thomas and Marisa Peer.
I learned how trauma, nervous system patterning, and attachment styles speak through silence, protest, and devotion.
But more than anything else —
I practiced not abandoning myself.
In micro-moments. In conversations. In grief and in joy.
That’s the practice I guide women through now.
What I believe
This isn’t about communication scripts or perfect boundaries.
It’s about learning how to stop bracing inside your body.
I help high-functioning women (and some men) untangle their nervous systems from survival-soaked devotion —
so they can lead with clarity, not collapse.
Whether you're calling in deeper partnership
or choosing to end one without self-abandonment—
this work is where you stop leaking devotion where it’s not earned.
And start offering it to the only place it was ever meant to begin.
You.
